The Course will appeal to String Players wishing to learn or improve their Chamber Music skills. 

During the weekend there will be a concert given by the  

Villiers Quartet, a Workshop, an optional Student "Play Through"

and time for informal playing.  A full coaching timetable will be available on arrival.

Each member of the Villiers Quartet will spend time coaching every group, working to achieve their specific aims.

To make the most of the course, you will need to be familiar with both the work and the score you wish to study.

The Course starts at 6pm on Friday with dinner at 6.45pm.

This is followed by rehearsal with your Quartet from 7.30pm until 9pm. 

After which, there will be the Workshop given by the

Villiers Quartet. 

All Coaching, takes place on Wednesday and Thursday. 

The Villiers Quartet concert will be at 8pm on Wednesday,

and an optional informal play through of part of the work you have studied to other course members, will take place on Thursday at 4pm.
